What KHALVORI is

KHALVORI is an online platform that shows the products of home, small and emerging businesses and connects them with customers.
Each product is sold by the business it is shown under. KHALVORI runs the platform and receives and coordinates orders, as the site explains.

Your account

You can order as a guest or with an account. With an account you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password secret.
We may suspend an account that is misused or breaks these terms.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams and may change before you place an order. The price shown when you confirm the order is the one that applies.
The payment method available now is cash on delivery. We do not ask for your card details on this site.
An order may be declined or cancelled if the product is no longer available or we cannot reach you to confirm it. The team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm.

Delivery and returns

The shipping policy and the returns and exchanges policy published on the site apply to every order.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, to try to reach other people's data, or to disrupt the site or misuse its tools, including the AI assistant.
Reviews and messages you send must be honest and free of abuse.

The AI assistant

The AI assistant answers from the information available on the site and can make mistakes. For anything important, such as orders and returns, contact the team: its answers are not a legal commitment by KHALVORI.

Limits of liability
