What we collect
- When you create an account: your name, email, mobile number and password (stored scrambled so we cannot read it), and your profile photo if you choose to upload one.
- When you order: delivery details (address and mobile), the products, the amount, and the order and shipping status.
- When you contact us or apply as a business owner: what you write in the forms (name, mobile, email and the description of the business).
- When you use the AI assistant: the messages you type in the chat.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your orders and contact you to confirm and deliver them and to look after you afterwards.
- To run your account, verify it with a code emailed to you, and recover your password.
- To review business applications and to protect the site from misuse.
Who can see your data
- The authorised KHALVORI team.
- The business whose products you ordered: it sees only what it needs to fulfil your order (your name, delivery address and mobile).
- The shipping company that delivers your order, as far as needed for delivery.
- Service providers we use to run the site: an email service that sends codes and notifications, and an AI service that processes the messages of the assistant chat (currently Claude by Anthropic). Do not send the assistant passwords or card details.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Sensitive documents of business owners
- A business owner may be asked to upload verification documents (such as an ID and a licence) so their application can be reviewed. They are kept in a private place not available to the public, only authorised administrators can see them, and neither the AI assistant nor any other customer or seller can.

Session files and browser storage
- We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie to remember your language, and local storage to remember your cart, your display mode (light or dark) and the assistant chat during the session.
Your rights
