Where we deliver
- We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. A UAE mobile number is needed when you order.
Ways to receive your order
- Home delivery: the order is brought to your address. A fixed delivery fee per order is added if the administration has set one, and it is shown before you confirm the order.
- Pick up from the business: some businesses let you collect the order yourself from their address with no delivery fee; the option appears at checkout when every product in your cart comes from a business that offers it.
Delivery time
- It varies by business, because each business has its own preparation time. The team agrees a delivery date with you on WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.
Payment
- Cash on delivery for now: you pay the courier when your order arrives, or when you collect it from the business.
Tracking your order
- Your order status appears on the My orders page after you sign in, and once it ships the shipping company and the tracking number show when they are available.
